Terry Smith

CEO, Cypress Loan Servicing

Terry Smith currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cypress Loan Servicing, previously known as Rushmore Loan Management Services. He has more than 25 years of experience in residential mortgage servicing, asset management, and originations. In a dual role, he was also a Senior Managing Director and co-founder at Roosevelt Management Company, Rushmore’s previous parent company. Prior to his time with Rushmore, Terry served as Managing Director at Ellington Management Group, Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, and Senior Vice President of Litton Loan Servicing. Terry has been nationally recognized by rating agencies and investors for building Best in Class operations in servicing, asset management, and property disposition. Terry enjoys community involvement including serving as a board member of Operation Homefront, Chairman of the Board for Veterans Financial Services Advisory Council, and President of the Board for Pitch In For Baseball and Softball.

Ali Haralson

President, Auction.com

Named President in March of 2021, Ali Haralson was previously Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director of Auction.com, overseeing the business development and operations of an auction platform that has sold over $54 billion in residential properties. She partners with clients to optimize programs to return homes to the market faster, ensure the preservation of homeownership, and enhance neighborhood stabilization. Her profound understanding of client needs has led to revolutionary products like Portfolio Interact™, Bid Interact™, and Offer Interact, which are changing how clients do business. She has expanded Auction.com's involvement by supporting housing, neighborhoods and veterans. Previously, as the founder of SLS, Ali grew the company to over $50 billion in servicing and 1,400 employees. She designed programs that led to tens of thousands of loss mitigation alternatives to foreclosure, resulting in distressed homeowners staying in their homes.


David B. Little

Executive Council, VFSAC

Executive Vice President, Consumer & Business Banking Operations, U.S. Bank

Mr. Little is Executive Vice President for Consumer and Business Banking Operations, including all Performing and Default Servicing, as well as all Branch Operations. He is based out of Irving, TX. He joined U.S. Bank on May 12th, 2014. David has more than 40 years of financial services industry experience. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Mr. Little held Executive Vice President positions with Nationstar Mortgage Company, JP Morgan Chase, as well as EMC Mortgage/Bear Sterns. Mr. Little started his career at Household International/HSBC where he held a variety of roles across various business lines. He currently serves on the MBA Loan Administration Committee, the Five Star National Servicing Association and is a long-time board member of Junior Achievement. David was one of eight recipients of the Junior Achievement National Gold Leadership Award. Mr. Little was also named a Kentucky Colonel for his volunteer efforts and difference making in this state. Mr. Little holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan.

Hauke Schupp

Vice President, Enterprise Operational Risk Management, PenFed Credit Union

Hauke Schupp serves as Vice President at PenFed Credit Union, where he leads the organization's Non-Financial Risk functions, providing enterprise-wide oversight of risk management disciplines critical to institutional resilience, safety, and soundness. He brings deep experience from both industry and advisory roles, having previously served as Risk Practice Leader at a boutique consulting firm and as Executive Vice President of Risk Management at Rushmore Loan Management Services. Mr. Schupp has been an active supporter of VFSAC since its inaugural Golf Classic in 2019 and is a committed advocate for the veteran community. His service extends beyond his involvement with VFSAC, supporting the PenFed Foundation through volunteerism and participating in multiple veteran-focused events in and around the Washington, D.C. Area.
